When we are closed.

GP Out of Hours.

If you need urgent attention or advice please telephone 01905 726444 and an answer phone message will give you the number of the GP Out of Hours Emergency Service.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

999

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Minor Injury Units

Evesham Hospital & Princess of Wales Hospital, Bromsgrove both have minor injury units. It’s a good idea to visit these for most cuts/grazes and small bone fractures.

NHS 111.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency.

You will speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Accessibility.

All medical facilities are fully accessible for disabled patients, with easy-read signs used throughout the building. The building is completely step-free, making it fully accessible for wheelchair or mobility scooter users. There is also an accessible toilet with changing facilities.

There is an induction loop available in reception for those who are hearing impaired.

We also have an automated prescription collection machine, which is accessible 24/7 for those who work unusual shift patterns.

We do not have a separate quiet area for patients with sensory needs, however, if patients are not comfortable waiting in the waiting room then they can call us when they have arrived and wait in their car or outside if they prefer.

Enhanced Access appointments

For evenings and weekends.

We now offer Enhanced Access appointments with a GP (subject to availability). These appointments are available outside our usual Practice opening hours and are available on weekends.

The appointments will be telephone consultations, meaning you don’t have to travel anywhere to receive care from our GP.

These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – when calling please ask for an Enhanced Access appointment and our receptionists will be able to help you.

Further Information & Cancellations
